Red-eared Slider Turtle Shell

Description

These Red-eared Slider Turtle Shells are perfect for making a ceremonial dance rattle or frontier bag. One creative person even fashioned a homemade lute! They are available in two different back patterns, A & B, when our inventory permits.

Since this is a natural product, each shell is unique. The size, weight, color, top and bottom patterns will vary with each one.

Dimensions:
Small shells are approximately 4 1/2 to 5 inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide, 1 3/4 inches high.

Large shells are approximately 7 to 7 1/2 inches long, 5 1/2 inches wide, 2 1/2 to 3 inches high.

Xtra-Large shells are over 7 1/2 inches long. The “A” style will be about 6″ wide and about 3″ inches high. The “B” style will be about 5 3/4″ wide and about 3″ inches high. The width and height will vary slightly, of course, depending on how long the XL shell is.
