Description

These pouches are the perfect place to keep that special totem, crystal, stone or other keepsake. Handmade with 100% deerskin leather in our shop in Sedona, Arizona, each pouch is hand-cut, including the lace and fringe. They are machine sewn around the outer seam and provide a long adjustable and removable neck strap which doubles as a drawstring for keeping your special items safe. The backside of the lace is suede which can be reversed to provide a contrasting accent to your pouch. We make these bags in plain and fringed styles. The number of fringes on each fringed pouch may vary.

Handmade Deerskin Leather Medicine Pouches Dimensions:

The 1/8″-wide lace strap extends from the bag for approximately 13-16 inches; varies with each bag.

Fringe Length: 3-4 inches

The outside dimensions are approx. 3 ½” L x 2 ¼” W x 1/2″ H
The inside dimensions from the bottom of the bag to the top of the bag are approx. 3 ¼” L x 1 ½” W
The inside dimensions from the bottom of the bag to the lace closure are approx. 2 ½” L x 1 ½” W
The opening at the top of the bag is approximately 1 ¼” x 1 ¼”

In the group photos, in the top row, the colors shown are (in order, left to right): White, Palomino, Gold, Red and Turquoise; in the bottom row, the colors shown are (in order, left to right): Navy Blue, Purple, Saddle, Brown, Chocolate and Black. We also now have Dark Green (pictured separately). Color and grain do vary slightly sometimes from the photo depending on the dye lot of deerskin we receive.
